to play with the perceived scale of the space & give the illusion of grandeur, we opted for a deep rich blue backdrop. We also stripped the original hardwood floors and restored them to a more natural tone. When selecting fabrics and textiles, we leaned further into this same color story, layering graphic patterns in various shades of blues and tans. We let the young couples colorful music and book collections bring further life and brightness to the space.
